As companies grapple with inflation and economic uncertainty, many leaders are shifting focus to build workplace cultures that foster loyalty and fulfillment beyond financial compensation.

This shift is especially relevant for companies employing Generation Z, a generation deeply affected by mental health struggles linked to financial stress. How can companies create an environment that thrives beyond monetary incentives?

This change in leadership style has made Microsoft a leader in innovation and employee satisfaction, demonstrating that when workers feel they are part of an open, supportive environment, they bring their best ideas to the table.

4. Encourage work-life balance and time for passions
