A. Duie Pyle, a family-owned trucking and logistics company, has opened a new warehouse and distribution center just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. The 186,000-square-foot facility in Gastonia marks Pyle’s first location in the state and was built to meet the needs of a key customer with a manufacturing plant nearby.
The new site offers warehousing, pick and pack, bulk storage, and hazmat storage, along with parking for 75 trailers. Since opening, the facility has created 20 jobs, with another 15 expected by the end of the year.
